About Perils For Pedestrians
"Perils For Pedestrians" is a public affairs series on public access cable television stations in 150 cities in the United States.
We look at problems confronting pedestrians in communities like yours, and solutions to those problems from across the United States and around the world.
We interview advocates, planners, engineers, and public officials. Do you have a topic for us to cover? Report a Peril.
We depend on volunteers to bring our program to their communities. Are we on where you live? If not, you can help by contacting your local public access cable station about how to get a program on their channel.
"Perils For Pedestrians" can help educate the public about issues that affect pedestrians. But change doesn't happen by itself. Don't just report a peril to us. Talk with your neighbors. Write your local newspaper. Write your elected officials. Attend a public hearing. Help make your community a safe, comfortable, and convenient place for people to walk.
